How do I use Jonny Fresh?<\/h5>\n<p>It\u2019s easy, all you have to do is log in with your Jonny Fresh company account on the website, place an order for your laundry to be picked up, and take it in your personalized Jonny Fresh laundry bag to the laundry station. A Jonny Fresh driver will retrieve the collected laundry twice a week and take it to be cleaned. Your freshly washed and ironed laundry will then be dropped off for you at the pickup station with the next laundry delivery, and you can pick it up there when you have a moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>: We won\u2019t accept any orders that aren\u2019t submitted online ahead of time! Order by Tuesday at 5:00 a.m. to have the driver pick up your laundry the same day and be sure to leave it at the drop station <strong>before<\/strong> 10:00 a.m. Orders that need to be picked up on a Thursday must be booked by 5:00 a.m. the same day and the laundry must be left at the laundry station no later than shortly <strong>before<\/strong> 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>2. How do I create a Str\u00f6er company account?<\/h5>\n<p>To ensure our system recognizes that you are a Str\u00f6er employee, you will have to click in the \u201cAre you registering for a company\u201d area during registration and then enter the company code.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>3. When and where can I drop off and pick up my laundry?<\/h5>\n<p>You can drop your laundry off and pick it up at the Jonny Fresh laundry station. The service station is available to Str\u00f6er employees at any time. Jonny Fresh picks up all the laundry at the drop off station every Tuesday and Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m, while at the same time leaving the fresh laundry at the pickup station. Dirty laundry needs to be dropped off on the day that has been booked before 10:00 a.m. and the fresh laundry can be picked up after 2:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>: Please be sure to use your personalized laundry bag. Where do I find my customer number?<\/h5>\n<p>You can find your customer number in the e-mail we send you to confirm registration. What should I do if the plastic card comes off of my laundry bag or the writing is no longer legible?<\/h5>\n<p>If the writing is no longer legible, you can easily trace over it with a permanent pen. Your contact person can also give you a new card once the old plastic card is no longer usable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>9. How is my fresh laundry delivered?<\/h5>\n<p>You will receive your clean articles hung on a hanger and protected by wrapping or, in the case of textiles, such as flat, folded laundry that cannot be hung up, packed in paper. Your laundry and laundry bag will be held for you at the laundry station until you pick them up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By the way<\/strong>: If you do no further need the wire hangers, you are welcome to return them to Jonny Fresh. How much do pickup and delivery cost?<\/h5>\n<p>Laundry pickup and delivery is free for Str\u00f6er employees. How long will it take to process my laundry?<\/h5>\n<p>We will generally process your laundry by the next laundry delivery. Anyone who drops off their laundry for pickup and cleaning on Tuesday can pick up their laundry from the laundry station starting Thursday. Laundry that is retrieved on Thursday will be returned on Tuesday. There are exceptional cases, however, in which it may take a week to process your laundry.
