How do I use Jonny Fresh?<\/h5>\n<p>It\u2019s easy, all you have to do is log in with your Jonny Fresh company account on the website, place an order for your laundry to be picked up, and take it to the wardrobe in your personalized Jonny Fresh laundry bag. A Jonny Fresh driver will retrieve the collected laundry twice a week and take it to be cleaned. Your freshly washed and ironed laundry will then be dropped off in the office with the next laundry delivery, and you can pick it up there when you have a moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>: We won\u2019t accept any orders that aren\u2019t submitted online ahead of time! Order by Tuesday and Thursday at 5 a.m. to have the driver pick up your laundry the same day and be sure to leave it at the reception <strong>before<\/strong> 10 a.m. Orders that need to be picked up on a Thursday must be booked by 5 a.m. the same day and the laundry must be left at the wardrobe no later than shortly <strong>before<\/strong> 10 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>2. How do I create a BBH company account?<\/h5>\n<p>To ensure our system recognizes that you are a BBH employee, you will have to click in the \u201cAre you registering for a company\u201d area during <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.jonnyfresh.com\/register\/\">registration<\/a> and then enter the company code.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>3. When and where can I drop off and pick up my laundry?<\/h5>\n<p>You can drop your laundry off and pick it up at the wardrobe. Jonny Fresh picks up all the laundry every Tuesday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m, while at the same time leaving the fresh laundry at the office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>: Please be sure to use your personalized laundry bag. Our Jonny Fresh driver will only accept laundry that is inside a Jonny Fresh laundry bag!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>4. What happens if I am delayed and can only drop off my laundry too late?<\/h5>\n<p>If you drop off your laundry too late, our driver won\u2019t be able to take your laundry with them. Where do I find my customer number?<\/h5>\n<p>You can find your customer number in the e-mail we send you to confirm registration. What should I do if I lose my laundry bag or it is no longer usable?<\/h5>\n<p>If your laundry bag is lost or no longer usable, go to your contact person. How is my fresh laundry delivered?<\/h5>\n<p>You will receive your clean articles hung on a hanger and protected by wrapping or, in the case of textiles, such as flat, folded laundry that cannot be hung up, packed in paper. Your laundry and laundry bag will be held for you at the wardrobe until you pick them up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By the way<\/strong>: If you do no further need the wire hangers, you are welcome to return them to Jonny Fresh. How long will it take to process my laundry?<\/h5>\n<p>We will generally process your laundry by the next laundry delivery. Anyone who drops off their laundry for pickup and cleaning on Tuesday can pick up their laundry starting Thursday. Laundry that is retrieved on Thursday will be returned on Tuesday. There are exceptional cases, however, in which it may take a week to process your laundry.
