How do I use Jonny Fresh?<\/h5>\n<p>It\u2019s easy, all you have to do is log in with your Jonny Fresh company account on the website, place an order for your laundry to be picked up, and take it to the laundry station in your personalized Jonny Fresh laundry bag. A Jonny Fresh driver will retrieve the collected laundry every Tuesday &amp; Thursday and take it to be cleaned. Your freshly washed and ironed laundry will then be dropped off for you at the office with the next laundry delivery, and you can pick it up there when you have a moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>: We won\u2019t accept any orders that aren\u2019t submitted online ahead of time! Order by Tuesday or Thursday at 5:00 a.m. to have the driver pick up your laundry the same day and be sure to leave it at the drop station before 10 p.m.!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>2. How do I create an ALDI Nord company account?<\/h5>\n<p>To ensure our system recognizes that you are an ALDI Nord employee, you will have to click in the \u201cAre you registering for a company\u201d area during <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.jonnyfresh.com\/register\/\">registration<\/a> and then enter the company code.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>3. When and where can I drop off and pick up my laundry?<\/h5>\n<p>You can drop your laundry off and pick it up at the Jonny Fresh laundry station. Jonny Fresh picks up all the laundry twice a week between 10 p.m. and 2 p.m, while at the same time leaving the fresh laundry at the office. Dirty laundry needs to be dropped off on the day that has been booked <strong>before<\/strong> 10 a.m. and the fresh laundry can be picked up <strong>after<\/strong> 2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>: Please be sure to use your personalized laundry bag. What should I do if the plastic card comes off of my laundry bag or the writing is no longer legible?<\/h5>\n<p>If the writing is no longer legible, you can easily trace over it with a permanent pen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>9. How is my fresh laundry delivered?<\/h5>\n<p>You will receive your clean articles hung on a hanger and protected by wrapping or, in the case of textiles, such as flat, folded laundry that cannot be hung up, packed in paper. Your laundry and laundry bag will be held for you at the laundry station until you pick them up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By the way<\/strong>: If you do no further need the wire hangers, you are welcome to return them to Jonny Fresh. How long will it take to process my laundry?<\/h5>\n<p>We will generally process your laundry by the next laundry delivery.
